What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure, nurturing environment for children at all times
- Design and implement educational and recreational programs tailored to the age and needs of the children
- Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime, always prioritizing their safety and well-being
- Assist in behavior management and discipline when necessary, always striving for positive outcomes and long-term solutions
- Facilitate open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area, promoting a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Required)
- Teaching: 1 year (Required)
Nice to Have
- Child Development Associate Certification (Desirable)
