What You'll Do
We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in a variety of roles, including early childhood teachers, assistant teachers, float & support staff, administrative & program support, and leadership & mentorship pathways. Roles and responsibilities will align with Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations and individual qualifications.
Core Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children at all times
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations, school policies, and procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics
- Foster respectful communication with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
- Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development
- Embodiment of kindness, integrity, and collaboration within the school community
Requirements
Basic Requirements for All Staff
- Passing background checks required by the State of Colorado
- Completion of required health, safety, and licensing trainings
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
TMS Requirements
