We're seeking two passionate individuals to join our childcare center team! They should be dedicated, caring, and energetic people who love working with children. As a full-time assistant, you'll work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm in either our older infant or older toddler classrooms.
- Salary is based on your level of experience and education.

What You'll Do
- Constantly supervise children during activities, including playtime, meals, and transitions.
- Support daily routines such as diapering, handwashing, and meal preparation, tailored to the age of the children in your classroom.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement daily educational activities and lesson plans.
- Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
Requirements
- Willingness to be trained and learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, twist, sit on the floor, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to work as part of a team
- Enjoys working with children
- 18 years old or older
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a childcare setting is highly valued.
