What You'll Do

Teacher Assistant or Teacher Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates will assist teachers with planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the social-emotional, intellectual, and physical development of children, including their understanding of early math, literacy, and science skills. They will also help create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities Include

Planning and implementing learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners, including children with special needs. Assisting teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and development. Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Must have a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Teacher Assistants: A minimum of a High School Diploma and a Child Development Associate (CDA) or be enrolled in a CDA program or Associate's Degree program.
• Teachers: At least an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience working with children. Baccalaureate Degree Preferred. A valid Driver's License, satisfactory driving record and Criminal Background Check.
