Our Conyers Campus seeks an EXPERIENCED TEACHER for a 3-year-old/4-year-old classroom. As a member of our teaching team, you will report directly to the Assistant Director & Director on matters concerning the classroom, curriculum, or materials.
You will work collaboratively with your teaching team, coordinating curriculum and managing daily classroom operations.

What You'll Do
- Provide nurturing leadership and create a safe, enjoyable environment for children.
- Maintain a setting that encourages fun and creativity for children.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to parents through positive interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols in all program activities.
- Participate in implementing engaging and fun activities with the teaching team.
- Embody the Center's mission and values, and teach these principles to children.
- Pass a thorough background check prior to employment.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff as required.
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, or obtain within the first 90 days.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Perform physical tasks such as frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience in daycare or school settings, or student teaching positions, is essential.
Requirements
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues through effective communication, listening, and teamwork.
- Built positive relationships with children and their parents through consistent engagement.
- Understand child development principles to ensure a secure and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement activities tailored to children's interests and needs under the supervision of the management team.
- Monitor and document children's behavior, interests, and progress, reporting back to management.
- A recent background check is required, with results easily accessible in the Koala system.
- Exemplify excellent classroom leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, education/training level, and recent employment verification.
