We focus on whole-child education, with 20 children and three staff members in each classroom. Daily Specialists enhance our program with Early Language Arts, Yoga, and Dance.

What You'll Do
Join our 3K team as a fun, nurturing, and loving individual. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, supportive environment that meets each child's unique developmental needs.
- Fostering a positivity-driven, strength-based approach to learning that's joyful and engaging.
- Implementing our Elm Curriculum to provide a well-rounded education.
- Modeling respect, kindness, and excellent communication skills within our tight-knit team of three.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Educational qualifications verified by The Registry that state you are Lead Teacher Qualified.
- Experience working in a group childcare center.
- Interest in Early Childhood Education as a career choice.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Brain Science to support Early Childhood Education.
- Higher Education in Early Childhood.
- Associate Degree.
