About This Role
Sonshine Learning Center is hiring for a support staff member role in Greenville. Compensation is $13 – $14/Hr. Candidates need the appropriate background.

What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including DSS/ABC Quality standards
- Meet the necessary health and safety requirements, including passing a health assessment, TB test, fingerprinting, and background check
- Complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development training within the first year of employment
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of the children
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Provide essential care and support to the daily needs of the children in our care
Requirements
High School Diploma
6 months of experience working in a DSS licensed childcare center
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Completion of ECD 101 or equivalent training
