Transport Driver/Cook
We are seeking a highly motivated staff member to join our team at the Child Development Center located within RCOC. This well-respected child care center serves both typically developing and special needs children ages 0 weeks through 14 years. Our transportation program is expanding to accommodate our adult unit for community day field trips and transportation to job sites in June 2026. What You'll Do
- Transport children to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Adhere to road rules and regulations, as well as childcare transportation policies.
- Conduct thorough child checks and counts, and log their arrivals and departures.
- Communicate maintenance needs of vans and follow DCF inspections.
- Maintain excellent time management skills to ensure efficient transportation operations.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Pass a drug screening test.
- Pass a thorough FBI background check.
Nice to Have
- Hold current CPR/AED/first aid certification.
- Have previous experience in transportation or a related field.
