About This Role
Precious Moments Learning Center is hiring for a support staff member role in Summerville. Compensation is $14.50 – $17/Hr. Candidates need the appropriate background.
A dynamic and engaging 2.5 to 3-year-old teacher is sought to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, creating lesson plans, and ensuring a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage day-to-day activities and schedule times to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Establish a safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Adhere to all center policies and state regulations to ensure a compliant and efficient learning environment.
- Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

What You'll Do

Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- High energy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check.
- Must pass health screening.
