What You'll Do

  • Facilitate engaging play experiences for children, incorporating various materials and resources to foster exploration and creativity.
  • Provide personalized attention to children's basic needs, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene, while also engaging in activities tailored to their interests.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to children's varying needs and abilities, focusing on essential skills such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Establish and enforce a clear set of rules and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Engage children in storytelling, music, and arts activities, promoting physical, mental, and social development.
  • Prepare and organize classrooms, materials, and activities to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Provide nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to established nutritional guidelines.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive and effective instruction.
  • Communicate clear objectives and expectations to children, guiding them through lessons and activities.
  • Model activities and demonstrate techniques to children, promoting hands-on learning.
  • Arrange indoor and outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play, motor-skill development, and safety.
  • Display student work and materials in a manner that's visually appealing and engaging for children.

  • Plan and execute class projects, field trips, and experiential activities, ensuring that children learn from these experiences.
