We're seeking Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Support Staff to join our team. Our part-time Support Staff positions are perfect for students or individuals who want to earn extra income on a flexible schedule. As a Support Staff member, you'll help with daily tasks, greet parents, and support our teachers in the classroom.

Full-time shifts are 9 hours with a one-hour break, five days a week. No night or weekend work! Plus, you'll earn excellent compensation based on your education and experience ($16-$20/hour).

What You'll Do

  • Engage children in hands-on learning activities and imaginative play with a variety of materials and resources.
  • Provide attentive care for children's basic needs, including feeding, dressing, and diaper changing.
  • Teach essential skills, such as color, shape, number, and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
  • Establish and enforce clear expectations for behavior and maintain a well-organized classroom environment.
  • Share engaging stories and read books to children, either individually or in small groups.
  • Plan and lead activities that promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.
  • Prepare classrooms and materials for lessons and activities.
  • Serve nutritious meals and snacks that meet dietary guidelines.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Clearly communicate lesson objectives to children and provide guidance throughout activities.
  • Model activities for children to follow.
  • Arrange indoor and outdoor spaces to foster creative play, motor-skill activities, and safety.
  • Organize and display student work in a way that's engaging and accessible for our young learners.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute class projects, field trips, and other experiential learning activities.
