Based in Massillon, this support staff member opening at OakPark Preschool pays $14.80 – $15/Hr and requires the appropriate background.
We're seeking passionate and dedicated educators to bring their expertise to our childcare community. Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus, but not a requirement for this role.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote children's learning and development.
Provide exceptional care and attention to each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines, including those set by Step Up and Licensing.
Accurately document children's progress, activities, and events in a timely and organized manner.
Foster effective communication with colleagues and the center director to ensure seamless teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
A minimum of a High School Diploma
