About This Role
Oak and Lily Academy is hiring for a support staff member role in 6801 Bridgeway Drive. Compensation is $14 – $14.50/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.
Join our dynamic team of substitutes at a thriving preschool and childcare facility, serving infants through school-age students in 14 classrooms, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. As a substitute, you'll have the flexibility to work varied hours and days.

What You'll Do
As a substitute, you'll be responsible for the well-being and safety of our young students, ranging from 6 months to school age, and will be directed to lead engaging activities designed to promote their development and learning.
You'll be tasked with creating a secure and nurturing environment in any of our 14 classrooms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children in your care.

Background checks and a brief interview with our administration team are mandatory for all applicants.
