What You'll Do
- Develop and implement engaging early childhood learning experiences that foster curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills in our students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to learn and grow.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Plan and lead activities that promote healthy growth and development in our students.
- Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and build strong relationships with students and families.
- Exercise control and maintain discipline in the classroom while promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Provide a nurturing and caring environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
- Perform various job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Exemplary track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to clear a state background and fingerprint check.
- 3+ years of experience working with children in a classroom setting desirable, but we will train the right candidate.
- Team player.
- Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
