What You'll Do
- Composing daily parent reports is an essential duty
- Collaborating with staff to assist with 'potty' training is also a key responsibility
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment is crucial
- Developing and implementing lesson plans is a core duty
- Effective communication with the director, parents, and staff is vital
- Ensuring adherence to policies and state regulations is a must
- Creating a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment is essential
Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Must be certified in infant/child CPR and first aid
- Must be able to pass a background check and health screening
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is a requirement
- Requires the ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools, or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also require kneel, bend, squat, or crawl
- Excellent leadership skills are a must
- Love working with children is essential
Nice to Have
