About This Role
McKinney Montessori is hiring for a support staff member role in Allen. Compensation is $15 – $17/Hr. Candidates need the appropriate background.
We're seeking a compassionate, seasoned educator who can develop engaging lesson plans, adhere to curriculum guidelines, and provide basic care to our toddlers. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be willing to offer support in other classrooms as needed.

What You'll Do
Provide basic care to our toddlers, including changing diapers
Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment by sweeping, mopping, managing trash, and sanitizing tables
Develop engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
Lead fun and creative art and crafts activities
Communicate effectively with parents to provide feedback on their child's progress
Requirements
High school diploma, preferably with experience in childcare and a valid US citizenship
Nice to Have
CPR certification, CDA credential
