Reports to: Lead Teacher and/or Director
We are seeking caring and dependable individuals who can step in when needed to support our teachers and children.
Substitutes are contacted the week prior to confirm their availability for the following week’s schedule.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for:
- Providing classroom coverage when staff are absent, following lesson plans and daily schedules.
- Assisting the Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines and activities.
- Supporting children’s growth through play, learning, and creative exploration.
- Fostering positive relationships with children and families in a Christ-centered atmosphere.
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- CPR/First Aid training (or willingness to obtain)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have
- Early childhood credentials (preferred but not required)
