What You'll Do

• Encourage children's emotional growth by fostering empathy and self-awareness.
• Oversee the care and daily needs of children in our childcare center.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by sanitizing toys and play equipment.
• Establish and enforce discipline, promoting self-responsibility in children.
• Engage with children during play, observing their activities and behaviors.
• Document individual children's progress, tracking observations, meals, and activities.
• Instruct children on essential health and personal habits, such as nutrition and hygiene.
• Develop a love for learning through reading, art, and music with the children.
• Keep activity areas organized, storing toys and materials to maintain order.
• Prepare and sterilize bottles for the children's use.
• Dress children as needed and provide timely diaper changes.
• Perform essential household duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and dish washing.
• Ensure a safe play environment for all children.
• Communicate daily updates and concerns with parents or guardians.
• Contribute to meal preparation and serving in our childcare center.
• Create personalized lesson plans tailored to each child's developmental needs.
• Regulate children's rest periods, promoting healthy sleep habits.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and form completion.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure a smooth operation of our childcare center.
