About This Role
This support staff member position at KIDCO in Newington offers $16.35 – $17/Hr. The role requires no formal early childhood credentials to start.
We are seeking part-time teacher assistants for our infant and toddler programs, available to work shifts of 12-6 or 2-6 Monday through Friday. Candidates with experience working with young children are preferred.

What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a healthy and safe environment for children at all times.
- Maintaining the recommended ratio of adults to children in the classroom.
