We're seeking a Toddler Educator to help us deliver exceptional care and education to our 12- to 36-month-old students.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
The Toddler Educator is a vital part of our team, responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters early learning and development. Daily activities will be planned and implemented to support each child's growth and well-being, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their child’s day, development, and needs
- Maintain daily routines and classroom management strategies
- Promote social-emotional growth through positive guidance and interaction
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to uphold center policies and maintain licensing standards
- Create a nurturing and responsive environment for toddlers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical demands of working with young children
- Background check and fingerprinting required in accordance with state licensing
- High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Nice to Have
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
