Hannah's House Academy is a faith-based early childhood learning center dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of young children, providing a safe and loving environment for their growth and development. As a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of these precious children.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as needed, and we're seeking someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about early childhood development.

What You'll Do
✨ Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities that promote learning and exploration.
- Provide close supervision of children at all times, ensuring their safety during classroom, playground, meal, and other activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff, providing professional and positive interactions.
- Ensure adherence to state licensing guidelines and center policies, upholding the highest standards of care and quality.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces, creating an inviting and functional environment.
Requirements
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR Certified is a must (or willing to obtain certification).
- Previous childcare experience is essential, and candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with young children.
- A background check is required, and candidates must pass it.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual individuals are highly valued in this role.
- A passion for early childhood development is a must, and candidates should be supportive of our faith-based mission and values.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
