About This Role
Goffstown Creative Kids Academy is hiring for a support staff member role in Goffstown. Compensation is $19 – $20/Hr. Candidates need completed early childhood education (ECE) college credits.
Goffstown Creative Kids is looking to hire qualified Lead or Associate Teacher for our Infant Classroom. We are looking for dedicated individuals with good work ethics and who love teaching young children and making a difference in the life of a child.

What You'll Do
The candidate will be responsible for the daily care of the children in their class, curriculum Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices.
Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.
Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.
Maintain accurate records, forms and files.
Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
The candidate needs to meet the following qualifications:
9 credits in ECE with 3 credits in Child growth & Development or
3 credits in an education course with 1500 hours of work experience and a plan to continue your ECE credits or
Successful completion of a 2-year vocational course or
Have 18+ ECE credits to be considered for a Lead Teacher position.
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Nice to Have
