About This Role

- Operate in-house day-care centers within businesses, providing care for children of employees.
- Promote healthy habits by preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with dressing, diaper-changing, and other personal care tasks.
- Support children with homework and educational activities, helping them develop essential skills.
- Perform various housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and dishwashing, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accompany children to and from school, on outings, and to medical appointments, ensuring their safe transportation.
- Help children with bathing and personal hygiene routines.
- Ensure a safe play environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's daily activities, behaviors, and any related concerns.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, promoting healthy eating habits.
