Responsibilities
- Provide gentle and attentive care to infants throughout the day
- Adhere to established feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Support infants' developmental milestones through interactive play, conversations, and engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate daily with families about their child's care and progress
- Contribute to a nurturing team environment

Requirements
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and stay until 6:00 PM when scheduled
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and provide active care for infants
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors when necessary
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
