We are currently seeking a warm and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to support our 3, 4,
and 5-year-old classrooms, helping inspire a lifelong love of learning. This position is a great way to gain valuable teaching experience with children of different ages.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Provide classroom support in 3, 4, and 5-year-old classrooms as needed throughout the day
- Assist teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences
- Support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development
- Help facilitate small-group activities, learning centers, and outdoor play
- Foster positive relationships with children and encourage independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, snack time, and cleanup
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment at all times
- Step into classrooms when teachers are absent or require additional support
- Work with the director to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all children
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday: 9am - 2pm
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am - 12pm

Preferred:
Degree (Associate or above) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, related field, or equivalent
