Fayette Early Learning Academy is hiring for a support staff member role in Peachtree City. Compensation is $12/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.
This is an on-call position where we'll reach out to you as needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation. What You'll Do
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching, serving as a 'boo-boo kisser' and friendship mentor, providing psychological support, cooking meals, writing lesson plans, telling stories, and leading high-energy activities such as singing, dancing, and playing games. As a Substitute Teacher, you'll also be responsible for managing behavior, providing differentiated instruction, analyzing data, integrating technology, and sharing ideas to cultivate a positive and inspiring environment. Additionally, you may be required to perform tasks such as safety monitoring, mediating conflicts, planning parties, and providing personal assistance.
Requirements
- We're willing to train the right person.
- CDA is preferred.
