What You'll Do
- Establish a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that promotes children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young students.
- Manage the daily routine, including meal times, rest periods, and play activities, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by maintaining close supervision and adhering to all state licensing regulations.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that reflects our commitment to quality care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to our center's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- CPR/ FIRST AID training (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and meet state childcare requirements
- Previous experience working with kids
