Substitute Teacher at Play-based Preschool
About This Role
Based in Asheville, this support staff member opening at Evolve Early Learning pays $16 – $18/Hr and requires a willingness to earn a CDA, with full program support provided.
If you are looking for a part-time job that will inspire and uplift, look no further! We are an innovative preschool looking for a few good support staff members to work as floaters, subs (varies), and/or morning/ aftercare staff. This is a great entry level position with room to grow.
Part Time shifts: Subbing & Aftercare

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Some duties would include but are not limited to:
- Creating relationships with students that are safe, supportive, and responsive
- Serve Snacks and talk about student's day
- Project-based Learning- Manage projects and goals with students
- Work with 6mo-6-year-olds to find optimal and personalized activities depending on need
- Have fun, create, share and be a role model to children from all backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Relay information to parents at the end of the day
- Close and clean the school (We have cleaning crew)
