About This Role
Based in Asheville, this support staff member opening at Evolve Early Learning pays $15 – $17/Hr and requires a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, though it is preferred rather than required.

The position could look a few different ways. We need a couple of days a week 10am-5pm and 2-5pm (aftercare) some days.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Some duties would include but are not limited to:
- Creating relationships with students that are safe, supportive, and responsive
- Serve Snacks and talk about student's day
- Project-based Learning- Manage projects and goals with students
- Work with 2 years-5-year-olds to find optimal and personalized activities depending on need
- Have fun, create, share and be a role model to children from all backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation preferred
