What You'll Do

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Prepare and administer standardized tests to assess student knowledge and skills.

• Develop and maintain accurate and complete student records.
• Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Participate in staff meetings and committee work to contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Manage classroom materials and resources to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise and assist students during activities, including recess, meals, and extracurricular events.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
• Use data and assessments to inform instruction and adjust teaching practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to build a supportive and inclusive classroom community.

Requirements

• BSc degree in education or relevant license/certificate
• A genuine love for children and families
