What You'll Do
- Engage children in activities tailored to their age and interests
- Establish a warm and inclusive environment that makes every child feel welcome
- Provide top-notch care and supervision to all children in our program
- Foster strong relationships with Country Creek families and co-teachers through effective communication
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children to thrive
- Regularly assess children's learning and development to inform our teaching practices
Requirements
- Passion and dedication to work with young children
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with young children
Nice to Have
- Early Childhood associate degree or relevant experience
- A passion for teaching and learning in a nature-based environment
- A love for spending time outdoors
