What You'll Do
- Create an engaging and stimulating environment for young learners, incorporating activities that cater to their unique needs and abilities.
- Establish a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes children feel at ease and encourages them to thrive.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in your care, providing attentive supervision and support.
- Foster open communication with Country Creek families and colleagues, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Strive to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and risk management.
- Regularly assess children's progress and development, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with young children, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and create engaging learning experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
- The capacity to design and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of children, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and best practices.
- A deep passion and commitment to working with young children, with a desire to make a positive impact on their lives and development.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
