The Head Preschool Teacher leads a small team of 1-2 teachers in delivering high-quality education to children aged 3-5 years. Emphasizing a traditional educational philosophy, this role involves developing curriculum, managing classroom activities, assessing student progress, and maintaining consistent communication with parents.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students
  • Assess and monitor student development and learning progress
  • Manage classroom environment to ensure a safe and engaging learning space
  • Lead and support a team of 1-2 preschool teachers
  • Communicate regularly with parents to update on student progress
  • Integrate tablet-based learning applications into daily instruction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of child development principles
  • Strong communication skills
