About This Role
Christ Lutheran Early Childhood Center is hiring for a support staff member role in Hebron. Compensation is $18 – $20/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time toddler teacher to join our vibrant team! Our center is nestled in the woods of Hebron and provides a beautiful and positive work environment for our staff.

As a member of our team, you can look forward to a competitive salary range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and education, as well as excellent benefits including after 90 days PTO, sick time, health benefits, and pension plan.

What You'll Do
Engage with our 1-3 year olds through a variety of activities, including art projects, language development, music and movement, and outdoor play.
Provide care and support through feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining a clean and orderly classroom.
Be a dependable and reliable presence, passionate about your work and eager to contribute to our positive and fun work environment!
Requirements
OEC background check and fingerprinting
Health exam/Health clearance
Previous experience in childcare a must
Health and Safety course to be completed within 90 days of hire
Nice to Have
We're looking for candidates with an Associate's degree or CDA, and those who have CPR and FA certification, but it's not a requirement.
We welcome applicants with experience and qualifications beyond the basics, as we're eager to support and develop our staff.
