Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity
Pay Range:
Level I: $40,750–$43,300
Level II: $44,300–$47,100
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Model: Initially onsite; transitions to hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) upon successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency in caseload management

What You'll Do
Our Ideal Candidate Will
Determine the initial and ongoing eligibility of families for child care subsidy and financial assistance programs
Manage a caseload of families, including certification, recertification, changes, and case closures
Review income documentation, paystubs, and eligibility materials for accuracy and compliance
Issue vouchers and ensure services are certified within required timelines
Support families in selecting eligible child care options
Provide referrals to community resources and support services
Collaborate with families, providers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical and documentation review skills
Ability to manage deadlines and caseloads in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Bilingual skills are a plus
Level I: Associate’s degree
Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
