Cheyenne's Early Learning Center is hiring for a support staff member role in Bridgeport. Compensation is $16.95/Hr. Candidates need no formal early childhood credentials to start.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Encourage positive behavior and social development in children through supportive interactions and guidance
- Assist with daily routines, including diapering, toileting, and personal care as needed
- Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment
- Adhere to all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
Nice to Have
Medication/Epi certified
CPR/First Aid certified
