What You'll Do
👶 What You’ll Do:
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children and families, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment to promote learning and well-being
- Support children’s learning and growth by providing individualized attention and care
- Work alongside a team that jumps in and supports each other to create a positive and uplifting environment
Requirements
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Ability to pass a background check
- 18+ years old
- Able to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements (or willing to obtain—we’ll help guide you)
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete)
- High school diploma or equivalent
