About This Role
Bumble Bees Academy is hiring for a support staff member role in Springboro. Compensation is $14 – $16.50/Hr. Candidates need the appropriate background.
Join our team as an organized and approachable lead toddler teacher and take on the responsibilities of developing and implementing curriculum for young children. You will also be managing a team of teaching staff to ensure that students' needs are met. This role involves formulating curriculum to meet the basic and educational needs of toddlers, creating lesson plans, tracking and reporting on students' progress, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

What You'll Do
Lead Toddler Teacher Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum that caters to the educational needs of toddlers, adhering to legal and educational guidelines.
- Establish strong relationships with families to ensure their toddler's needs are met.
- Lead staff and parent meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Document and report on students' progress, providing valuable insights for improvement.
- Organize and participate in team-building activities to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage the overall well-being of toddlers in the program, ensuring their safety and success.
Requirements
Lead Toddler Teacher Requirements:
- Valid state license or equivalent.
- Prior experience teaching toddlers in a licensed facility.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a keen interest in early childhood education.
- Associate's or CDA in early childhood education, with a physical fitness level that allows lifting up to 70 pounds.
- A keen interest in early childhood education, with a strong desire for professional growth and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
