Bumble Bees Academy is a high-quality Early Childhood Education Center nestled in the heart of Springboro. We're searching for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher. What You'll Do
We're looking for a Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher who will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our young students. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Childcare teaching experience in a licensed child care center or relevant work experience with infants and young children.
- The ability to lift 40 pounds and perform diaper-changing duties.
- Responsibility for cleaning and organizing their own classroom, maintaining a tidy and safe environment for students.
Nice to Have
We highly value candidates who possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or an Associate's degree. This valuable experience and education will further enhance your skills and enable you to provide the highest level of care and education to our students.
