We are looking for a dedicated and caring bilingual educator to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing environment that promotes bilingual learning through play, exploration, and educational activities. They will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners, while also ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom setting.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute daily lesson plans that cater to the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
- Effectively integrate both English and Spanish into classroom routines, songs, and lessons to provide language exposure and understanding.
- Establish a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and respect among children.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, classroom activities, and goals.
- Model proper language use and encourage children's participation in both languages.
- Assist with meal times, toileting, and transitions in a nurturing and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate attendance, lesson plan, and incident documentation in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to uphold the values and educational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and positive behavior guidance.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Nice to Have
- Possession of CDA (Child Development Associate), TCC (Technical Certificate of Credit), or higher credential in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.
