What You'll Do
- Take on the responsibilities of the Center Director and Teachers in their absence, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Partner with staff to guarantee adherence to quality standards as outlined by the Center, state, and local regulations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Maintain open communication with families and the community through targeted outreach initiatives.
- Strictly adhere to the center's policies and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain a personal professional development plan to continually enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- High energy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of technology and excellent computer skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Need to have a flexible schedule.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Must be able to establish positive relationships with all regulatory agents.
- 2-5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
