What You'll Do
- Actively engage in curriculum activities and encourage participation by children, fostering a love of learning and a sense of community.
- Manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students.
- Maintain open and frequent communications with parents through informal discussions and progress reports, keeping them informed of their child's daily activities and achievements.
- Model good behavior and encourage self-help and good hygiene in our students, promoting their social and emotional development.
- Help facilitate a smooth transition from home to child care center, ensuring our students feel welcome and supported.
- Follow all center policies and state regulations, upholding the highest standards of quality and care.
- Develop and maintain a personal professional development plan to continually improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.
Requirements
