About This Role
Bright Beginnings child development center llc is hiring for a support staff member role in Clarksville. Compensation is $12.50 – $14/Hr. Candidates need the appropriate background.
Flexible support staff needed for childcare center. Must be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for covering lunch breaks, lesson planning time, and serving as a substitute teacher when needed.
- Floaters will assist with activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and provide support to admins and teachers.
- Lesson planning time and serving as a substitute teacher are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
Must meet the following requirements:
- Must pass a full background check.
High school diploma / equivalent is required. Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification is also a must, or be willing to obtain it at your own expense.
- Must clear a health screening.
- Can work any hours between 6am and 5:30pm.
Nice to Have
Childcare experience is a plus, and we will provide training. A genuine love for children is also an asset.
