The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that supports 200 staff in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs across a large geographic footprint. We seek a reliable and safety-conscious bus driver to transport club members to and from school and club events in a safe and organized manner.

What You'll Do
- Ensures the safe transportation of members and staff by driving a 15-passenger bus/van to and from school(s) and special outings/field trips, adhering to driving rules and regulations.
- Maintains a safe environment for members during travel by enforcing strict safety rules.
- Develops and maintains open communication with the Boys & Girls Club administration, reporting daily safety/behavioral concerns to the Site/Branch Director.
- Complies with daily pre and post-trip inspections for safety and security by documenting in BGC vehicle logs prior to locking the vehicle and completing the daily shift. Fuels and refuels vehicles weekly, as needed. Assists with transporting vehicles for maintenance.
- Ensures the bus/van is always clean and well-maintained.
- Understands and adheres to all organizational policies and procedures related to transportation.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have three years of driving experience with a good driving record.
- Unexpired Medical Examiner's Certificate and Medical Examiner's Card are preferred; The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central NH can assist with the certification process as part of the pre-employment paperwork.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Will be required to provide proof of safe driving record to Human Resources.
- Understands and adheres to all organizational policies and procedures.
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
- All candidates who receive a job offer will be required to submit to an FBI fingerprint background check, a background check through the State of NH Criminal Records Dept., and First Advantage. Note: A disqualifying finding on your criminal record by the State of NH Childcare Licensing Bureau may prohibit employment. Even if your records are reviewed and allowed, we reserve the right to determine your employment status.
