What You'll Do

- Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Work collaboratively with a talented team of educators to achieve our academy’s vision and goals
Requirements
Preferred candidates will:
- Have experience working with young children
- Be reliable and punctual

- Follow policies and procedures
- (ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.)
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
