What You'll Do
- Carry out regular building upkeep and equipment maintenance.
- Perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the building, both internally and externally.
- Manage external contractors and vendors.
- Run errands outside of the building as needed.
- Develop a personal plan for ongoing professional growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations at all times.
Requirements
High School Diploma
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Must clear full background check.
- Responsible, mature and safety conscious.
- Must pass health screening.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a similar position required.
- Clean driving record.
