What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch care and supervision to infants and toddlers at all times
- Participate in daily classroom routines, including diapering, feeding, and engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Support toddlers during potty training, helping them take this important step towards independence
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and safe classroom environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Prepare daily reports and updates to keep parents informed about their child's progress
- Establish effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration
- Strictly adhere to center policies and state licensing requirements
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- CDA credential or at least 1 year of childcare experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with infants and toddlers
- Proof of training and certifications required
Nice to Have
- Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification
