What You'll Do
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for our students, adhering to strict classroom ratios at all times.
Develop and implement engaging weekly lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our children.
Provide regular hygiene and safety checks to prevent accidents and promote a healthy environment.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, free from clutter and hazards.
Establish open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
Support children in reaching their full potential by setting achievable goals and celebrating their milestones.
Requirements
Hiring for morning, mid, and closing shift.
Must have a high school diploma or GED, able to pass a background check, and acquire a TB test and physical.
Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
Possess a current CPR/First Aid certification.
Complete a 15-Hour SC Health & Safety Course to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Take a Bloodborne Pathogens Class to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
